The goldfinches love the perches. By mrshvd3
The goldfinches (and other small birds as well) seem to love the new "T" perches, which allow them to face into the port rather than sitting sideways to the feeder. What a great perch design!

Fast delivery and just what I wanted. By XOXO
This is a better feeder than the expensive kind because the seed is not tossed out in the wind or drenched by the rain as much.

Yellow finch feeder is somewhat hard to find in the usual stores. I noticed yellow colored finch feeder is perfect for yellow finches. They like to come for this feeder. I only buy yellow colored feeder. As far as I can remember its price is also reasonable.

Amazon Review, Feeder is as cute as the birds By
I really like this feeder...it's appealing to the eye, it has a screw on top, the little perches are more comfortable for the birds because they can stand facing the food or stand sideways and turn their heads to feed. Plus the perches are very well attached and tight to the feeder...they are not hollow, flimsy straw like perches. It is made out of plastic, but it seems sturdy enough to me as I live in Las Vegas and don't have to deal with cold, snowy winters. Don't hesitate, this is VERY NICE for the money.

Amazon Review, Great Feeder By
Best feeder I've found, birds love the color yellow. I got my first one five years ago still in great shape, easy to clean and durable. Clean at least once a year, maybe twice. Hang under shade trees if possible.

Amazon Review, Inexpensive, but the birds love it By
I've tried many tube feeders over the years, and this finch feeder and it's sibling sunflower feeder are hands down the ones the birds favor. I think it is the T-shaped perches, but whatever the reason, these feeders are used more consistently than any other tube feeder. They are inexpensive enough that I can purchase a new one every other year and not wince at the price. I only wish they were a bit more attractive, but considering the cost, I can't complain.
