Q&A
Q.How do we clean the seed that gets stuck at the very bottom in between the tube and the bottom of the feeder?  I have moody feed that I need to remove but it appears I can't take the bottom off to thoroughly scrub.
A.

The base of the feeder can be removed for cleaning. We would first recommend removing the seed ports. Once they have been removed, turn the base of the feeder clockwise until it begins to loosen and can be pulled out.
