-Love it but everything glued on fell off in the heat wave this long weekend! By Lynn

I bought this feeder about 3 months ago and love it... the bright light looks adorable at night. However... during our southern Ontario heat wave this long weekend, the red strip, which I thought was permanent but is red tape, fell off in the heat, followed by the windows which appear to be glued on with hot glue. The blops of glue even fell off. I still love the feeder, but will contact customer service and hope for a replacement. I guess it needs to be hung in the shady area of the yard.

Cute Design / LED Not Very Visible By Lemon Cove

Nice design and looks like it will last. After a couple weeks, my goldfinches still prefer a nyjer sock to the lighthouse (also filled with nyjer seed). The LED light (has on/off switch) faces down, lighting the seed tube . . . . if the seed tube is full, there's not much visible light.

A must have By Newfie mom

Absolutely love this feeder. It is my 2nd one, as the first one attracted so many finches I needed the 2nd one. It's a great conversation piece and the solar light works perfectly.

Light off -- Light on By papadick58

First night - no light. Took top off and found a switch and second night all right. It would have been a tad bit cooler if the light flashed on and off -- sort of like a real lighthouse. My finches still seem to prefer a tube feeder however. I also like the hanger versus the wire on many of your products.

No light in the lighthouse! By wallcat

I have had many many comments on the lighthouse feeder. My draw back is that the lighthouse does not light up at night. Is there something I can do to get it to work correctly?

We are glad to hear how many people have enjoyed the fun design of this feeder.  If the feeder is placed in the sun during the day, it should charge enough to glow for up to four hours.

Please feel free to contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973).  We apologize for this experience and would like to offer further assistance.  All of our feeders are covered by a one year warranty.
