Review RateBirds Love This Feeder
have had these feeders for about 15 years love them. Even raccoons can't destroy them
Review RateCardinals' favoriteI have a couple of these because of how much the cardinals love it. They prefer the little ledge and always go to this feeder first. I haven't used it for finch seed, but the ports are easy to switch if you prefer that food option.
Review RateAttractive feeder with nice features, birds love it!Love this feeder and so do our birds! This is a nice looking feeder with good features. Glad the plastic ports have been replaced with metal, making it more squirrel proof. The tray at bottom is great for catching seed spill.
Review RateBirds love itLove this feeder so much I spent three days searching for a new one. Birds love it. Yes, it may have some quirks but works great for me and unlike others I looked at, very reasonably priced.
Review RateCleaningLove the feeder, but cannot for the life od me get it apart to clean. Can't find instructions anywhwere. Seed has molded at the bottom due to moisture. Please advise on how to disassemble for cleaning.
Review RateHard to clean at the bottom where the tube is connected to the base.
I have not experienced any of the problems with the top or tube falling off. If anything, the tube is held so secure that it was near impossible to clean the seed out in the bottom. It would be nice to be able to clean easier. I use this for Thistle seed.
Review RateOnly finch feeder I'll use
Only finch feeder pretty much squirrel proof. I mean they might hang in and eat bottom seed but really can't get in. Other plastic ones were eaten through in a day. Also keeps seed dry. Only flault is the clear plastic dries after while and can become brittle
Review RateNot worth price paid
I received this as a gift - put it out and we had high winds - bottom came out - seeds all over and bottom is missing - good for nothing nowResponse From WoodstreambrandsSusan : Consumer Relations Representative

Review RatePoor Quality
We just bought this at ACE hardware. Holding it by the handle it fell apart in the parking lot! Broken before we got it to the car. We took it home and spent an hour trying to bend the ends of the handle so it wouldn't happen again. Should have never bought it!Response From WoodstreambrandsPatty : Consumer Relations Representative

Review RateHorrible materials
Tube has turned a awful yellow. Every piece of metal except metal bar that holds top has had paint come off & metal has pitted & or rusted. I am so tired of purchasing outdoor items that are not made from outdoor safe materials. Copper paint doesn't help. Maybe copper or stainless. Cheap plastic tubing cannot hold up to elements - it dries out - cracks & yellows. I don't even have it outside in the winter. A $25 bird feeder should theoretically last forever.Response From WoodstreambrandsAnthony : Consumer Relations Representative
