For your convenience, the Power-Kill® is extremely easy to use. The built-in bait trough keeps the bait neatly contained, and its large size makes it easy to load with peanut butter or other tasty substances. Plus, setting is easy as just one click! Simply pull back on the High-Impact Kill Bar™ until you hear a click, and you're ready to go. You can place the Victor® mouse trap anywhere you notice rodent activity or along a wall where mice typically travel.

For best performance, we recommend using only a small amount of bait placed securely in the bait cup so the rat must apply pressure to reach it. Soft baits such as peanut butter, hazelnut spread, or a small piece of dried fruit often work well. Placing too much bait can sometimes allow rodents to feed without fully engaging the trigger.
We do not recommend modifying the trap or gluing bait to other parts of the device, as this may affect how the trigger mechanism functions. Positioning the trap along a wall with the trigger end facing the wall can also help improve effectiveness, since rodents tend to travel along edges and corners.
