Victor® Catch & Hold Mice Trap - 24 Traps
This 24-trap offer of the Victor® Catch & Hold Mice Trap can handle your mouse-catching needs. Designed for indoor or outdoor use, each trap can lure and contain up to four mice before it needs to be emptied for further use. These live traps contain no poisons or snapping parts, making them ideal for use at your home or business where they may be set near water, food, children or pets.
Simple 3-Step Method
- Bait – Put a little bit of peanut butter inside.
- Place – Set the trap down wherever your mice are known to travel.
- Release – When full, follow your local authority’s guidelines for the release of captured animals back into the wild. The emptied traps may then be reused as many times as needed till you no longer have a problem.
Combine for Greater Capacity and Improved Effectiveness
Enhance the efficiency of these traps by using all 24 to improve the odds of eliminating your mouse problem in less time. With 24 traps that can each hold 4 mice, you can catch dozens of mice at a time before having to reset them!
Convenient Indoor and Outdoor Design
Used inside your home or business, this trap will catch the rodents that have already made their way inside. But if you are able to determine where they may have gained access from, placing one outdoors will help keep more from entering until you can effectively block the point of entry.
No-Touch, Non-Lethal Rodent Solution
Does a dead mouse make you squeamish? With the Catch & Hold mice trap you do not have to kill, or even touch, the captive critters, which may be returned to the wild once the trap is full. Follow local guidelines and only release them in areas where it is allowed.

Review Rateworks, but...
This is my first experience with mice. The D-con traps i bought have caught nothing. I have caught a mouse 3 times with my trap, using the dry cat food they seem to want... and have released one mouse in the countryside. I am not going for a drive at 5 am to release a mouse.... but, by 8AM it had escaped. The tiny mice can escape the traps, although I am not sure how. I recommend the traps to be made a bit more precise so that they fit closer and can't be pushed open by the mice.
Review RateTraps don't work - WASTE of time & money
I wish there was a ZERO stars rating! Have been using these mouse traps for 3 months. Followed directions to a T. We keep them clean and loaded with fresh bait. However, the mice love them - they cleaned out the bait and go on their merry way.Response From WoodstreambrandsLauren : Consumer Relations Representative

When using live traps, it is important to check them frequently so a mouse does not spend a prolonged amount of time inside. Please feel free to contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-5-VICTOR (1-855-584-2867) with any questions.
Review RateIt's a fair short term solution.
These do catch mice, but the traps have to be checked often. The plastic used in these is too soft, and the mice can chew their way out easily. On one of the traps I bought, the plastic cover does not lock to the base properly and I had to tape them together to keep the mice from pushing their way out through the weak corner. On the plus side, they are very easy to hose out between uses.
Review RateBetter than nothing, but not much.
It will catch mice, but it is made of way too soft a plastic. Despite checking the traps frequently, the mouse I caught in it almost chewed its way out. Very hard to tell if it has actually caught a mouse without picking it up. I only bought two of these because the Tin Cat I really wanted was not available in the store. One of the two, the two pieces did not mesh together correctly, and one of the corners could be pushed apart fairly easily, and ended up having to put a weight on it to keep the pieces from separating.Response From WoodstreambrandsPatty : Consumer Relations Representative

Review RateDid not work
This product did not work for me. After peanut butter as bait and following the directions precisely, I tried for several days to catch a mouse. I had caught others in the same location with the same bait in a conventional trap, but I prefer not to kill the mice. After not having success, I tried baiting the ramp with small amounts of peanut butter also, and found that the mice would eat the peanut butter bits from the ramp, but would not enter the trap for the rest of the bait. I have now switched back to conventional traps, unfortunately.Response From WoodstreambrandsPatty : Consumer Relations Representative
Hello Brian, We are very sorry to hear about this experience and appreciate the time taken to provide this feedback. Adding bait to the ramp will usually lure a reluctant mouse into the trap. Our Consumer Relation Team will be glad to provide assistance. We can be reached at 1-855-5-VICTOR (1-855-584-2867). Our traps are covered by a one year replacement warranty.
Review RateWorks fine, Question about the top
I bought two recently again and used two of these years ago when storing a car they worked fine, only comment I would like to know why the top isn't clear so you can see if any mice are in the live trap. It would help unless there is a reason behind the top not being clearResponse From WoodstreambrandsPatty : Consumer Relations Representative
We appreciate the time taken to provide this feedback. The lid on this product is translucent, which should allow the user to see if a mouse is inside.

Review Ratethe trap is to dark to see if anything is in it.did not catch any mice yet, they by pass trap?Response From WoodstreambrandsPatty : Consumer Relations RepresentativeHello Sandy,
We appreciate the time taken to provide this feedback and apologize for the experience.
If there are any other food sources that are more easily seen or accessed, the mice will choose those first. Placing additional bait near the entrance may attract mice to the area faster.

Review Ratevery good trapThis caught the first mouse in 1 night. Be sure the top is on correctly. I set a small piece of brick on top just to be sure. Use bait that they are already eating. Peaches n garden veggies here. Here in AZ some mice carry deadly hanta virus so releasing is not an option. But to get them out of the trap without much danger to you or the mouse you can do it in a 5 gal bucket half full of water as mice float, swim and dive very well. Just practice so you are quick. The trap only need be just under the water. Then just tip the bucket over. Remember PRACTICE any release technique so you wont harm the mouse nor the mouse harm you! They do bite and scratch!
Review Ratecaught 3 so farMy female mouser cat died and our male cat is useless! Late one night I saw a field mouse cross the kitchen to eat from the cat's dish as he lounged there watching... My very old aluminum live catch traps were no longer reliable, so I ordered these dozen from Victor Pest, following their admonition that the first few days are prime catching time and there are probably many more than you see. At first had some problems trying to figure out how ramps and doors needed to be set, but my husband got them assembled (some clearly written instructions and diagram would be helpful). We baited them all, but had no success at first. He had handeled the traps barehanded and probably left his human scent all over them, so I put on disposable gloves and washed all the traps and rebaited them with one shelled peanut in each. We got one mouse that night and our second mouse a few days later. I released them in the woods miles from my house near a walking trail I frequent. No other activity for a few weeks, but I kept the trap up just in case. Last week we caught a third one, very tiny, I doubt it was full grown. I suspect there must be more, so I am going to rewash and reset the traps, this time with a bit of peanut butter on a cracker piece.
Review RateDoes not work!!We bought this trap because we didn't want to kill the mouse, just remove it from my house. We caught the first mouse just fine but the second mouse chewed his way through the thin plastic. The trap is now ruined after 2 days of buying it. I would not recommend this product.Response From WoodstreambrandsLauren : Consumer Relations RepresentativeHello Robin,
