I purchased this unit and it works well. Unfortunately the short pipe that connects the stake to the unit broke. Is it possible to get a replacement part?

I bought a Critter Ridder at Home Depot. WHne I installed in the spring at my cottage, it worked well the first day . It stopped working the second day. Do you have a warranty I can use to get a replacmet unit that works. I love the product. I lost my receipt so Ho,e depot will not do a return.

i bought a critter ridder last year for the deer in my garden, worked well and decided to buy a second one to protect further, after this one is set for about 10 minutes, on lowest sensitivity setting, it goes off every 2 minutes, i have tried everything , changed batteries changed settings and even switched places with the old one, this was bought at canadian tire, and i don,t have a receipt, can you help me?thank you

I'm sorry to hear that the new Critter Ridder is not working properly. Since it was purchased within the last year, it should still be covered under the two-year manufacturer's warranty. Please call us at 1-855-542-8242 so we can help you with this issue.

Le jet d'eau et déclenché à tout moment, peu importe le niveau de sensibilité (de 1 à 4).
En plus, le senseur détecte le mouvement de mes feuilles de plants de tomates à proximité, mais ne me détecte pas moi-même quand je passe à environ trois mètres de mes plants de tomates.
Vous avez une explication?
