Do the replacement ports come with the metal piece or just the plactic insert. I need the whole thing not just the soft plastic. I have 3 whole ones that something took out.

I don't know why you can't sell replacement parts?? Something has eaten out the round ports and rendered the bird feeder useless as all the send run out. I paid over 50.00 dollars for this bird feeder. Please advise. You must have a warranty?? What a waste if you can't replace the inside
