Hi, thank you for reaching us. I'm sorry but we don't sell replacement parts, however, if you purchased the feeder within a year, is under warranty. If that is the case, please give us a call at 1-855-737-5973, from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 7 pm EST.
