How do you read your labels to determine the date of manufacture? I have had several interpretations and would like clarification

in follow up to my previous question, Safer's has indicated that the date of manufacture should be read as year, day, month, ie: LBL172110 is 2017, 21 day, 10 month. so according to the MSDS sheet this product would've expired (or should be used before) October 21, 2019.

My BTK bottle had A081522 stamped on it. Does this mean it was manufactured August 15th, 2022?

Yes, the code A081522 stamped on your BTK bottle indicates that it was manufactured on August 15, 2022.
As long as the product has been stored appropriately—in a cool, dry place and sealed when not in use—there is no concern regarding reduced efficacy due to shelf life.
