Helpfulness
Escape route during hot temperatures…
Jul 14, 2025
Works well to selectively attract and trap Japanese Beetles.
Holes located at the bottom of the bag allow for water to evacuate.
One issue with the design: small beetles can escape from these holes in hot temperatures due to the plastic getting softer. Could you look at the formula of the material or narrowing holes?
Had to partially cover each hole so none can escape, every single one counts.
Q&A
I am having difficulty removing the top film of the bait. Is there a video? Or more directions than remove the film.

Thank you very much for contacting us.
To remove the bait film:
Peel only the protective layer marked "peel." Do no try to separate the bait. Then, stick it to the lower third of the trap vane using the adhesive strip.

Thank you very much for contacting us.
Yes, you can lower the unit. Simply remove the spike and mount the sprinkler directly on a stable, lower surface. This is helpful in smaller yards like subdivision lots. You can also:
* Adjust the spray distance limiter on top of the unit to "MIN" to reduce how far it sprays (up to 35 ft depending on water pressure).
* Modify the sprinkler angle using the coverage limiters.
* Set the sensor sensitivity to suit your space.
These adjustments will help target raccoons while avoiding overspray.
