Review RateA must have
Absolutely love this feeder. It is my 2nd one, as the first one attracted so many finches I needed the 2nd one. It's a great conversation piece and the solar light works perfectly.
Review RateLight off -- Light on
First night - no light. Took top off and found a switch and second night all right. It would have been a tad bit cooler if the light flashed on and off -- sort of like a real lighthouse. My finches still seem to prefer a tube feeder however. I also like the hanger versus the wire on many of your products.
Review RateNo light in the lighthouse!
I have had many many comments on the lighthouse feeder. My draw back is that the lighthouse does not light up at night. Is there something I can do to get it to work correctly?Response From WoodstreambrandsSusan : Consumer Relations Representative
We are glad to hear how many people have enjoyed the fun design of this feeder. If the feeder is placed in the sun during the day, it should charge enough to glow for up to four hours.

Review RateLight House enjoyed by familyFirst light house light switch didn't work so it is now hanging at the edge of the woods where it is enjoyed by the birds but out if direct view. Second solar feeder hangs at he window feeding station and is enjoyed by all, day and night. Thanks
Review RateSo unusual and pretty!Bought two for Christmas gifts!
Review RateLike overall look, but has issuesholes possibly a little large. Thistle seed spills out as I am filling it. Not sure why but lighthouse isn't lighting.Response From WoodstreambrandsSusan : Consumer Relations RepresentativeHello Jude,
We appreciate the time taken to share this valuable feedback and apologize for this experience. While a small amount of seed may fall out when filling the feeder, it should not be a large amount. Also, when the feeder is in direct sunlight, it should be lighting up.
Please contact our Consumer Relations Team directly at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973). We would like the opportunity to learn more about what is occurring and offer further assistance.
