Best feeder on the market. By Deano

Best bird feeder out there. Hard to find. Guess most places don't want to sell something that actually lasts. Had the last one for 20 years before finally replaced due to banging around and old age. Not much lasts anymore in this disposable world we live in. This feeder does.

Great product if it had metal ports to prevent squirrels from chewing them off.

Best feeder EVER. By Bird lady

Absolutely the best feeder ever. All feeding ports continue to have seed even as birds empty it. I have two & will buy two more. I wish top & bottom were made of metal or a more more substantial plastic as they break off & have to rig a weather cover to keep seed dry.

A top notch product, priced right! By John

I've ordered about ten of this Birdscapes Grandview Feeder over the years and have had great success with it. It is a well done product and easy for my bird friends to use. The price is a good value.

Best feeder ever! By North Carolinian

I love this feeder because so many birds can feed at the same time, and that is a joy to see! I just bought my 5th one, replacing ones that had broken bottom trays, squirrel-chewed ports, and ugly plastic tube (turns yellow with age; can this be improved somehow in the manufacturing process?). One feeder even hosted a bird family of 4 babies in the bottom cavity, using the opening created by a squirrel-chewed port! Best feeder ever! But one suggestion: could green dividers be engineered with a sloped floor to guide seeds towards ports? Sometimes seeds glom together inside the levels and are impossible to remove, blocking ports.

Q.My daughter recently purchased the Grandview Feeder for me for Mother's Day,, Squirrels have destroyed 4 of the seed ports,,, How do we get this replaced under warranty,, only had it since mother's day!!! Was purchased through amazon.

Please contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) for assistance with our 30-day guarantee and 1-year replacement policy.

Q.Hi: How do I take the plastic bottom off the Grandview Feeder, for cleaning ? I appreciate your time ! Thanx Diana

To remove the base, the bottom perches must first be unscrewed and taken off the feeder. Once the perches are out, the base will easily slide off.

Q.can you advise if the seed ports are available for this unit ….. since the squirrels love chewing them it must be the flavoured plastic that you are using …….. haha …… Thanks

Replacement parts are no longer available; however, the feeder is covered by a one-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
