No fly on this guy By BirdyK

Just all around poorly made feeder. I learned very quickly to never use any feeders made of plastic. Had issues with the suction cups, even replaced them due to not holding properly. The actual tube itself is extremely thin and cracks. It is also hard to clean. Mine went in the trash.

We apologize for this experience and would be happy to help. We want our consumers to be satisfied with their purchases and back our products with a 30-day return policy and a one-year warranty against damages.
Please contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) so we may offer further assistance. When hanging these feeders on a window, we recommend that it is first cleaned to prevent dust from affecting its hold, and adding a drop of water to the inside of the suction cups to improve its holding action.

Birds like it By NCgirl

The first feeder that we got had suction cups that would not stick, so we got another which worked fine. The birds are coming to it with no problem and so far it seems to be holding up. When the seed gets at the very bottom, you have to stir it a bit with a long stick. We haven't had a chance to wash it because the birds are always gathered around the window wanting to eat.

Perky PET Window Feeder By Action Jackson
It's a piece of junk. I tried to email the company to tell them that it fell apart within one week of hanging it but the email didn't go through. It said my telephone number was incorrect. I know my telephone number.

poor installation instructions By LPwashougal
There is only one illustration, and none showing how the feeder is hung on the suction cup's hooks. Very frustrating; at this point I have the upper suction cup secured to the feeder, but not the lower one--which isn't likely to work for long.

Thank you for taking the time to share this valuable feedback. We apologize for the recent experience when setting up this seed feeder. These comments are very important to us and have been shared with our Product Manager.

When mounting the feeder, both suction cups should be used to distribute the weight of the seed. Please contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) for additional assistance.

Great little feeder. I was worried that the suction cups would not hold up but it has not fallen off yet and we have had some very strong storms with high winds. The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is that it is a bit hard to hang as you have to line up the 2 suction cups with the small slots on the back of the feeder just right. As long as you hang it then fill it you should be fine.

I've purchased this same bird feeder several times over the years--like anything, it does wear out eventually. Another reviewer complained about the fact that the suction cups have hooks rather than attaching directly to the feeder. This is a fantastic advantage! It makes it easier to remove the feeder to fill it or clean it without having to detach and reattach suction cups. There's also less stress put on the suction cups when larger birds are jumping on and off. And the ability to fill it with a pound of seed rather than smaller amounts as with many other feeders makes my life easier. I've had all kinds of birds visit over the years. Even woodpeckers hang off the tray and feed sometimes!
